Thomas Randle sponsorship continues into 2023

Canberra’s Gerald Slaven Ford is continuing their partnership with Tickford Racing Team’s newest
full-time driver, Thomas Randle into the 2023 season.

The 25-year-old is ranked 14th in the repco supercars championship and after a bruising start to his
full-time career last year, is hoping for better luck and a chance to show more of his impressive
speed.

He is a true standout in his field, being signed by Tickford in 2021 after winning the super2 title in
2020. If that wasn’t a great enough feat for the young gun, he did it whilst fighting testicular cancer.
Thomas resides in Victoria, but frequents Canberra often, and we should see him in the dealership
throughout this year. Speaking on why we sponsored Thomas, Dealer Principal Nathan Hayes
explained “We were immediately taken with this young man when we met him just over a year ago”
adding “watching the way he presented himself and interacted with our customers and our team, we
knew he’d be a great ambassador for our Ford Brand”.

When the opportunity arose to partner with Thomas, the well-respected Dealership jumped at the
opportunity with Nathan Hayes saying, “We are extremely proud to be supporting Thomas at this
stage in his career and are looking forward to seeing great things from him for years to come”.
When asked about his partnership with Gerald Slaven Ford, Thomas commented that having the
Dealership as a sponsor and supporter “is a great fit for me and I’m really looking forward to the
relationship developing with Nathan and his team”.

Hailing from the sport of go-kart racing, he really has made a name for himself in the world of
supercars in a very short time. We saw glimpses of what is to come in his 2022 race year, and look
forward to seeing him shine in 2023.
