There’s no doubt that the past couple of years have been some of the most challenging ever seen in the automotive industry, but they’ve also proven to be a great time for us as a Dealership to make sure we are focusing on ‘best practice’ across every part of our Volkswagen Dealership.

From sales to service and everything in between, we’ve been determined to provide the best level of customer care possible and have achieved or exceeded all of Volkswagen Australia’s KPI’s. To achieve a premium dealer status, our whole team from Sales, Service, Parts and Customer care, must perform consistently across a range of areas all year. Some of these KPI’s sit in sales, parts, service, training and of course customer satisfaction for both Passenger Vehicles and Commercial Vehicles in sales and service to name a few.

Each year, all Volkswagen Dealerships are measured against these KPI’s with the top 10 Dealers being recognised for their efforts.
